Rental agreement / handover protocol
Algarve Board Rentals – R. Primeiro de Maio 9, 8650-301 Raposeira
I handle the Algarve Board Rentals material properly and will be liable for any damage or loss to the material. I checked the material for defects before renting it. Any damage will be written.
Surf & paddle at my own risk and responsibility and can swim independently for at least 15 minutes.

Check from other fin in our Boards ( 200 euro ) / Damage to the fin box of the surfboard (150 euros) / Crack in board ( 100 euros ) / Broken Surfboard ( 600 euro ) / Fin box SUP broken ( full SUP Board price ) . Lost or damaged paddle ( Flat 99euros / wave 249 ) & ( Cracked SUP Fin 60 euro ) / Crack or Whole in SUP Board ( Full Board Price )

The rental is NOT 24 hours. The Rental is per calendar day and can be returned during opening Times. Clients PAY before leaving the shop. Clients Bring Material on the return date. To keep the Material longer clients have to come to the shop.
Clients have to leave a deposit of 20 euros and pay if not coming on return date we keep the deposit .
Client has to return the Boards & Equipment if agreement the next morning to retur bin 15 min from opening shop in the morning. If NOT another rental day starts.
